Software to open and view .sec files

Hi,

We need to view CCTV footage on a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air. The DVD we were sent is setup for Windows. .sec files normally viewed by installing a viewer via an .exe application.

Can anyone advise how we can safely view .sec files via a viewer please? Freeware would be ideal and a safe link to download.
