Is it possible (software rec?) to recover deleted photos & video from an iPhone if the photos & videos were directly deleted by plugging the iPhone 6 directly into a Windows computer, using device manager to delete the files in the folder, in this case most likely folder name was 108APPLE or 109APPLE (for some reason Apple creates multiple folders 10xAPPLE over time & places the photos / video in there)

notes:
* it has been over 30 days
* there is no iTunes backup
* these photos / video were not backed up in iCloud
* these photos are not in Dropbox
* iOS 9.3.4 (upgrade from 9.3.3 might have happened during that time)

the iPhone did NOT go thru an erase all settings, only the photos & video were manually deleted

FoneLab for iOS did not work.

any recommendations on software to attempt recovery?
