Software to recover ratings/songs FROM iPod TO iTunes?

My HD crashed on my macbook and I hadn't backed up in a couple of months... But my music collection has changed quite a bit since then. I would like to find a FREE program that grabs all my music/ratings/etc. FROM the iPod and throws it back into iTunes for me.

Is there a software out there like that that doesn't cost anything? Or is there a quick way I can do it myself?
