Software to remove 300 bad emails from a Newsletter list of 2,000?

Hello mac fellows,

I've got a clients list of 2,000 newsletter subscribers and 300 bounce backs of emails that are no longer valid. Does anyone now of a mac software utility that can look through the list of 2,000 (in an excel file) and remove the 300 bad emails?
