Software to send ETA quotes to Clients

I am looking for a Mac app that will allow me to write up the specs for a job. And an Estimated Time of Arrival for the job, and have it format a nice PDF with this info, as well as increment the job number. All while saving these jobs in the app, and letting me click "Completed" when a job is done.

Does anyone know of an app that does this?
