Software to upload files to VPS?

I just had a Windows VPS set up and i installed Remote Desktop App, but i can't figure out how to upload files to the VPS server from my iMac.
Any suggestions?

wow... a windows VPS? talk about limiting things.

If it were a traditional VPS running on Linux or some form of unix then it would be as simple as firing up Transmit.

I'd do a google search for Windows VPS file uploading or something.

I'm using the VPS to run windows applications.
All i need to do is figure out how to upload the apps on my server.
