I have an early 2011 MBP 15-inch. I would like to update it to the new 10.8.4 but every time I go to the Software Update it tells me there are no updates available. Are they rolling out the update over time to prevent server lag?

I have the same computer at home and it was able to update just fine.

Silly question, but I assume that you upgraded your 2011 MBP to 10.8 (Mountain Lion) at some point? What version does it say when you go to Apple -> About This Mac?

I haven't had any delays in the update showing up on either of my Macs. If you don't want to wait for the update to show up in the App Store you can download it directly from Apple.

The combo update is mainly for people that want to go to 10.8.4 directly from a version of 10.8 older than 10.8.3. If you're running 10.8.3 then the delta (non-combo) update is all you need.

Yep. Running ML 10.8.3. I am going to try it on my home network to see if work is blocking it.

If it's a work owned computer it may be pointed to your employer's software update server and your employer may not have rolled out 10.8.4 yet. For instance, I have not yet enabled it on my server for the Macs I manage at work and won't do so until I am assured it won't break any of the existing infrastructure.
