Software update doesn't update Java plugin?

Hello,

I have all of the OSX software updates. When I go here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

It says the Firefox java plugin is out of date, but instructions on the Java website say to update it via software update and there are no available updates.

Any ideas?

What version does it list? Mine says 1.6.0.31, which is listed as up to date. Also, which OS version do you have?
