I ran "sudo softwareupdate -l" on my iMac 15,1 with 13.3.b4 installed.
The command resulted in "macOS 13.3 Ventura" being shown as available, with a restart required.
Running "sudo softwareupdate -ia" started a download process and after it finished in terminal, I restarted the iMac, but after that nothing happened.
Usually after a restart, the computer will start the update process.
This time it didn't work. Any ideas?

Have you tried from System Settings?
If you have macOS 13.3 beta 4 (22E5246b), you should get macOS 13.3 RC (22E252).

Thanks for the reply and idea. However, the system preferences Software Update just shows that I am enrooled in the developers program and that automatic system updates is enabled. It does not show any update available, and reverts back one step after about 10 seconds.
Running softwareupdate -ia from the terminal shows an update % value, that goes to 100% and nothing happens, even a restart does nothing. I know that the Software Update Tool has downloaded a huge amount of files in the System/Library/AssetsV2 folder, but I don't see a way to initiate the update manually.
I may have to wait for the final 13.3 release.

Probably the best choice. It shouldn’t be long. macOS 13.2 RC (22D49) was released on 18.01.2023, macOS 13.2 (22D49) was released on 23.01.2023.
If you don’t want to wait, you could try to un-enroll from the beta program and enroll again.

Thanks again for the input. The iMac in question has always been finicky about updates, often refusing to update until I can download a full installer from MrMacintosh's site. However, this time it takes the cake. SilentKnight showed that RC update too, and obviously found the download that the software update downloaded (over an hour in the process), and after saying the download was finished, it too did nothing after a reboot. I am sure there is something in the OCLP install that gets in the way of this process completing properly. In the process, my 128 internal SSD (part of a split Fusion drive originally) has had about 10-12GB disappear. I am now seriously considering wiping the disk and reinstalling 13.2.1 from an OCLP USB install disk.
Waiting for the 13.3 full installer will be longer than that estimated release date. This machine is now my backup computer so it is not crucial to have it working 100% all the time.
Thanks again for the time and effort!

Thanks for the link. If you see the same for the RC, please PM me.
