Software Update Issue - Won't Install - Just Restart

Hey

Pretty much as the title explains...

Trying to install the following updates:

OS X 10.5.6
Airport Utility 5.4.1
Quicktime 7.6
iTunes 8.1.1
Front Row 2.1.7

None of which will install... Software Update finds them, I tell it to install, and it says a restart will be necessary... Rather than actually installing the updates first, it just asks to restart. I oblige, it restarts, and nothing is installed. Bogus.
Help!
