The past couple times that there have been updates for apps, they don't show up in software update. I reload it many times, but it just sits there saying "No Updates Available." I have to search the app manually in the store and click update. Anybody else experiencing this? It's getting annoying.

Hidden apps in iTunes account?
Check for hidden apps in you iTunes account:
App Store > Store > View My Account > use Apple ID < iTunes in the Cloud > Manage.
