Software Update Problem (-3000)??

Dear Forum,

I own a 20" imac running version 10.5.8. Each time I attempt to download the new security update (2010-002) and iLife support (9.0.4), I get the following message:

A networking error has occurred: Cannot open file (-3001). Make sure you can connect to the Internet, then try again.

Anyone know why this is happening. I am connected to the internet...
