Software update showing in German?

I am a speaker of english and my computer is setup that way. Today when I was running Software update this is what I see:

Anyone else see the same thing?

Mine is working OK.
Also noted the time stamp on yours is for a different time zone then Calif.
Might be a clue?

I've never had that happen, and I live in a German speaking country (well, the bit I live in).

Check "Language and Region" just in case German is in there somewhere.

I now live in the Midwest USA. I will change that in my settings.

Just checked a minute ago. All is well now.
