Ok I am banging my head off the wall.... lol I feel like 'Mac OS X Lion Server' was kinda pushed the same way 'Windows Vista' was and as a result we have a incomplete OS;

After adjusting some settings in 'Terminal' (Because Lion doesn't have a setting for whatever reason... >_>) we were able to change the 'Software Update' location to a local Mac Mini Lion Server we have setup on all the client computers. Is it possible to automatically choose a time to go ahead and install the software updates? Like at 3 AM when there will be limited to no usage? Kinda like how Windows offers that option, but I'm wondering if there's an option to; and if not then why?

Thank you for any help you may have!
