I don't whether any techsoft software will work on a mac does anyone? And what can't photoshop elements do that normal photoshop can. Thanks
 
Is techsoft a company? If so, which of the dozens with that name are you talking about?

Or are you talking about technical software in general?

There are CAD programs available for the mac.
Visit macupdate.com and do a search for CAD software.
