Sol rMBP adding new User as admin

Hi all:
I am giving my rMBP 13 to my GF, I want to remove my self as admin and add my GF ad the admin so she is the only user on this machine
Anyway of doing that?

Create a new admin account, from that account, delete the old one.

Reset the whole thing

Reset the whole thing to as new and let her set it up as her computer it will make all the difference for itunes use etc....

Whenever I sell my mac I always delete the user. You would just need to make a user account for your GF, log into the account and delete your user account. Or you could always give it to me
