Solar Graph Incorrect Times?

I’ve had an Apple Watch 3 for two years now and usually use it with the “Activity Digital” face.

Yesterday I added the “Solar Graph” face but it shows the following times, which definitely don’t match what they should be in Germany right now:

• 05:00 dawn
• 06:00 sunrise
• 12:00 noon
• 18:00 sunset
• 19:00 dusk

These look like default times but I can’t find anywhere to either set the region or to use my current location.

Does anyone know how to make the Solar Graph show correct times? Or am I misunderstanding what it’s supposed to show?

I had looked in all kinds of places but I hadn’t looked there. Thank you, it works as expected now.
