Hi, i was looking around and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried a solar charger. the one I saw first is this one http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/travelpower/beb8/
is this my only option because i dont want to pay $80!

Questions

Have you or someone else you know made that because i dont want to do something that will like fry my ipod. Or is there any pre made or a kit???

Brunton makes solar charges with USB ports you could use to charge an iPod. They have internal batteries and solar cells and are water resistant. I've never used them but they look decent. No cheaper than what you found already though.
