Sold iPhone before the 3G Announcement?

I have been concerned about this for awhile. I sold my iPhone before the announcement of the 3G. So I will have been iPhoneless for about a month. I am still eligible for the $299 price, right?

you are fine then, i just reread the release, it says iphone customers who bought before July 11, which would imply all

Man, I would be ticked if I were to get there and they tell me that I cannot upgrade because I sold it a little too early. Can't wait till July 11!!! Thanks!!
