I don't want to do a full restore on my iPhone 4, is there anyway i can disable my itunes so that the buyer can input his and successfully sync the phone to his pc?

If you don't want to do a full restore, I assume you have a jailbroken phone? Be careful! The method suggested by saving107 will also remove your jb.

This is for a quick restore (1-2mins)

Settings> General> Reset> Reset All Content and Settings

BE CAREFUL DOING THIS METHOD!!!

I did this a couple hours before selling my iPhones before (3gs and iPhone 4, both same problem). When I did this, the phone froze, and had to restore it to the latest firmware on the computer getting rid of the unlock/jailbreak... Just a warning if you decide to do it.
