Just sold my MB Unibody to a friend of mine and I wanted to send Apple the new registration information for the new owner.

Any suggestions on how this is done?

Thanks in advance guys and gals! :)

If you purchased Applecare, and the new owner wants to register it under their name, then this is what you need to do (from AppleCare North America Terms and Conditions document):

6. Transfer of Plan
You may transfer this Plan to a new owner of the Covered Equipment by sending, faxing or e-mailing notice of transfer to Apple Inc., ATTN: Agreement Administration, MS: 217AC, 2511 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758, U.S., fax number 916-399-7337 or agmts_transfer@apple.com, respectively. You must provide the Plan Agreement Number, the serial numbers of the Covered
Equipment being transferred, proof of purchase of the Plan, and the name, address, telephone number and email address of the new owner.

If you did not purchase AppleCare then there is nothing you need to do.

If there is no AppleCare involved, the person you sold your computer to just needs to call AppleCare and have them change the information, simple as that, nothing you need to do.
