Sold my phone on ebay, left my sim card in, bad?

I totally forgot to take it out. I already activated my new phone. I also did an erase and wipe on my 4s before sending out. Should I be worried? Thx

I think it's fine .... if you did a full wipe of the phone it should have taken off anything on your sim card anyway ... and I think now that you activated the new phone with your new sim they can't do anything with the old one anyway.

You're fine. The iPhone SIM only stores network information/settings (AFAIK). If your number was transferred or deactivated the buyer can't do anything with it.
