Soldering Traces

okay my dual 1ghz processor was a disaster the card was just fried my solder points where cleanly done and still no luck. However i am overclocking my G4 400 to a 600 i have all my parts ready but it is asking me to make a trace on one of the PLL positions to set a jumper is there a way of doing this without a rear window defogger kit or a circuit writer? just need to know before i continue Thanks guys here are the links to the pages.
