Solid compact camera?

I'm looking to purchase a solid compact digital camera. So far, it's between the "Canon PowerShot SD700 IS" or "Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T30". Has anybody had any experience with any of these camera's? OR do you recommend another option? Thanks for you input.

I have the SD550. Great little camera. I took it on a missions trip to Peru, and it held up to the task wonderfully. Auto Focus is WAY better then the older Sony I had.
