What case is better for the iphone 4? incipio dermashot or iskin solo?

Id say dermashot. Ive never had any cases by incipio, and they are great! Would highly recommend them.

Totally different cases. The Solo is a TPU case and the Dermashot is a silicone case. I would suggest not going with the Dermashot. If you want a silicone case that can absorb a good amount of shock, look at the Revo4 from iSkin. The Solo isn't a bad case if you can get it for $15 now.
