After have a stiff macbook screen for about 2 hours, I got angry and started to research. I have found a solution to the stiff hinge problem.

This video was made in 2008, but it really helped. If you don't want to watch the video (it's hard to understand also), i'll just write it here.

Basically alot of MacBooks have stiff hinge issues, resulting cracking sounds when moved. The person in the video used dental floss and rubbed it along the hinge. The thing is, that isn't what actually helped me with my stiff hinge issue, at the end of the video he stated "Macbook's have self lubricating hinges, so you should try to just move it back and forth"
I tried this, about 30 times back and forth and it really helped.

-Just a cool little thing I found that could be helpful.

tldr; Move screen back and forth about 30 times-
