I have a 2019 12.9" iPad Pro running iOS 15.4.1. As of this morning, it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi icon isn't present. When I checked Settings, it said I was connected to my usual Wi-Fi network. All of my other devices (iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone, and HP Windows laptop) are connected just fine. I Googled and followed the recommended steps: restart iPad, turn Wi-Fi off and on, forget and rejoin network, and reset network settings. Now the iPad briefly says it's connecting to the network, and then it says "No Internet connection" and gives the exclamation point on top of the Wi-Fi icon in Settings. My iPhone Wi-Fi hotspot doesn't appear among the network options, as it does for my other Mac devices. After the "forget and rejoin network" and "reset network settings," Spectrum cable, my ISP, sent me an email saying that a new device had joined the network. The tells me that it's not a modem or router problem. I'm reluctant to restart the router and modem in case it is, because it's essential that I have an Internet connection for work on Friday and Monday, and I don't want my other devices to drop out. Is there anything else I can try before I take my iPad to the Apple Genius Bar?
