Hi everyone,

I just got an iMac 27" with an SSD + HDD. Since Time Machine only will backup the boot drive (SSD), I'm wondering if there's any software you guys could suggest for backing up the other internal (hard)drive to an external HDD?

Maybe this is too much to ask, but is there one out there that can do "versioning" like TimeMachine does, too?

Thanks in advance =)

TM will backup all HDDs unless excluded, thus you should check System Preferences > Time Machine > Options, if the HDD might be in there, thus excluded.
If that somehow does not work, you can use CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper to make scheduled backups to an external HDD, though they don't do versioning like TM.

PS: Do you have the internal 1TB HDD configured as TM drive perhaps?
If so, that would explain your situation.
