SOLVED!!! BSoD kicks in when trying to finish instal win 7 on lion OS X 10.7.5

can u install windows 7 32bit on late 2006 iMac 6.1 , running on Lion 10.7.5 with bootcamp 4.0.4? or it has to be a different combination of models/versions?, Im getting the BSoD when it tries to complete installation and rebboting to set up, I tried to update all FW/drivers still no luck...can someone help please and thanks
