Greetings.

I'm running Mavericks 10.9.4 (everything's updated) and have been experiencing cursor glitches. Basically, the cursor doesn't always update to the correct graphic. (like in Mail when I'm mousing over text, it turns into the line - or whatever it's called - then I move my mouse over the close button or out of the program, and it's still the line instead of the black arrow it should be. etc.)
This happens especially in Mail and Safari, though it's pretty much a system-wide thing.

This is my problem:

I've noticed that this bug gets worse when I plug in my Cyborg Rat 3 mouse, though it exists on my Dell mouse and when using the trackpad, too. Kind of at the end of my wisdom here folks, any ideas?

Alright, I finally figured out the cause and answered my own question. (Took me days )
This glitch only happens in Safari and Mail. Can't replicate it in Chrome or any other program at all. (I also use Thunderbird for e-mailing and no glitch there.)

Glad to find it's just a bug in Apple's software, and nothing's wrong with my computer. Hope the Yosemite upgrade will fix this in both the affected applications.
