Ok, so i finally got through itunes at around 3 and it synced and everything but the sim card apparently didnt activate and my old att sim was working on my old phone. SO i panicked, checked here, didn't get an answer. Went back to the AT&T store that i brought it from and they said all they could think of was to continue to try and connect to itunes...which i did about 50 times before i got there. So then i called my dad who was all happpy because HIS 8GB iPhone 3G was ready to go and working. I told him mine wasn't working and he said just tell 611 what happened. (Being a 14 year old) I thought the 611 customer service would tell me i couldn't get help without the person that the plan is named under. But i gave our password and told em what happened. All they told me to do was pop out the sim card from the iphone and read the code on the sim card that starts with 8901 or something like that, and after that everything was perfect, ready to go...and im a happy owner of an 8GB iPhone 3G...loving every second of it.
