THIS IS SOLVED AND CAN BE DELETED IF FOUND TO BE USELESS


Not mine, but a friend of mines problem.
She gets a mixture of english with weird characters, and on the homepage, there are pictures of asian people.

The language IS SET on english though. Here's a partial screenshot.

Any help is hugely appreciated!
PS- She's running it on XP.

make sure she's on the US store, or the store of her choice, since that doesn't appear to be ther US store, and well i'm not sure thats the one you want, since you didn't specify. you can set the store at the bottom of the page.

That's the iTunes Music Store (iTMS), not iTunes the application. Make sure she has her store set to the preferred country (it's at the bottom of the Store main page).
