(Solved) Music player scrubber bar won't disappear?

Hey guys,

The drop-down/pop-up scrubber bar in the music player (that has repeat/shuffle buttons) - It wont disappear? Obviously I've tried tapping the centre of the screen but it isn't going away, and it should do.

I had this problem briefly on my iPhone 4S (5.1.1) but I can't remember what I did to fix it.

Either my tiredness has blinded me from the answer, or something's gone and fritzed.

Your screen is now bigger on the iPhone 5. There for, it stays there to fill up the space.
