MP 7,1 Solved my Mac Pro 7,1 sleep issues

My Mac Pro kept waking up from sleep. Running log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason:" offered no real help but then I stumbled across this: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/217433/macbook-pro-continually-wakes-while-in-sleep-mode

Now my Mac seems to be able to sleep overnight. Not bad for a 2 month old baby .

The link provides a couple of workarounds for rather old macOS versions. Out of interest, which fix did you apply to solve you sleep problems?
