As you can see in the first picture. When I tap those settings open it shows that background app refresh is on and cannot be disabled (2nd picture).

I have tried to delete those apps (NULL) in storage settings but they come back immediately.

Where have they come from and how can I delete them permanently? Thanks.

(iP6+, iOS 9.0.2, not jailbroken)

Solved this. I synced the phone with the iTunes and it installed two apps I had previously deleted. So I let it sync and after that deleted them again but only this time in the iTunes and just like that both null apps disappeared from the phone.
