I decided today to update my primary Mac to macOS Mojave, developer preview. I am on the 10th beta.

I have an iMac at work with similar software setup, and the rest of the app set is on my MacBook Air, which is also on Mojave. None of them have blocked these.

I reviewed my System Preferences and found some system software that was blocked from running.
I also after the update found the app allowance set to ALL, I didn't know that was even possible.

I have attached a screenshot.

My question: What the heck is this stuff?

And can I remove the apps/files it came with?

*EDIT* - Got caught by panic there for a moment.
I still don't get why my App setting was set to ALL, but the blocked systemsoftware came from Toast Titanium. An old version from 2010.

Deleting Toast with AppCleaner removed the blocked items.
