General SOLVED WARNING PANGU8 0.2 Update PULLED

0.2 update pulled from Pangu app and from Cydia

Reboot issue, temp fixed by booting into safe mode, followed by respring and reboot
Itunes sync issue, itunes does not sync anymore

They are rushing things, we saw that with evasi0n as well.

It got out of the blackscreen at least.
I have about 20 tweaks installed now, no crashes or restarts so the basic JB is ok i think just some fine tuning to do.

But i think it is time for people to start thinking about migrating from 7.x to 8.1

Apple was testing 8.1/2 at the same time if it is an easy fix for Apple they might drop 8.2 early to fix Pangu8.

No matter where it's prototyped, it's still "Made in China". Maybe if you had said anything else than "made" then maybe I could be w you.
 
Is this update back in the pangu app?

I have restored and ran pangu a few times with two different devices and have not seen the update. There is a user here that says the update is back in the pangu app and has been.

There is no mentioning of that happening in this forum or a thread on this happening.

Pangu Twitter has no mention of it.

So, is it still pulled and pangu is still working on a more stable version?

I feel like I keep restoring and re-jail breaking in the hopes of seeing the update show up in the pangu app for nothing.

It was back up the same day. I re-jailbreaked my 6 plus and jailbreaked a buddy's 6 plus yesterday. The pangu update was there in the app for both of the phones.

I just ran pangu on another device, my wife's 4S and the update was not there either.

I haven't installed cydia. I just look in the pangu app and there is no update.

In their Twitter acct it says to please wait for next update, they're working on iMessage and Safari bugs.

Three devices now and the update has not shown up.

Is the update in Cydia only? Is that why I never see it?

It's going to be in the pangu app, not cydia. No clue why it's not showing up for you, it showed up for me on two different devices yesterday.
 
I don't get what I'm doing wrong.

I do a fresh restore with 8.1 and use no back up. I turn off passcode and find my iPhone. I run Pangu8 1.0.1, it detects my device(s) and uncheck the box, click the blue button. The pangu8 app installs. I tap the app and go to manager and I do not see any updates. There is a refresh button upper right corner and have tapped that with no luck.

Are you still having this problem, or did my advice via PM help? I can go into more detail if required. :)

You may as well wait until tomorrow when its all bundled neatly. Pangu Team said they will release a new bundled version by tomorrow.\
