Some 2.0 problems

So Upgraded my phone to 2.0 and ever since I have all sorts of problems:

1) All my contact pics are messed up and dont pair correctly.
2) my phone often crashes.
3) It won't sync completly -- either takes forever when it "backs up" and/or doesn't put apps on the phone or songs.

Maybe I really downgraded....

I am sure this is a common thing, any ideas?
