Some Apps not syncing after iOS 5 GM

I am a developer and have a legit copy of iOS 5 GM. While on beta 7, I had no issues at all. But now that I am on iOS 5 GM, apps such as Angry Birds, TomTom, Touchphysics, The Weather Channel, and a few others just fail to sync. A pop up comes up on the phone and says such and such app failed to sync. Is anyone else having this problem? I have already tried downloading the apps from the app store again, but still not working.
