I've got a few benchmarks which may / may not be useful to those thinking of purchasing the new white Nvidia macbook.

FYI: I've bumped the RAM to 4GB, and added a 320GB WD Scorpio Blue drive, but the total cost is still a chunk less than the unibody 2.0Ghz.

So:

Boot time from cold to auto login desktop is on average: 39 secs

Shutdown is normally 4-5 seconds

Xbench came in at 131.17

Geekbench came in at 2733

I don't play games, but tested WoW, and the fps on high quality everything with everything included never dropped below 20fps, I tried running around in different places.

On lower quality with shadows off and so on, average was much higher -40-50 fps.

imovie 09 seems to take a long time to open up, like 10-12 seconds or so first time from cold boot, not sure why

Safari is normally 1 bounce, and then the window pops up, so nice and quick.

Firefox is 3-4 bounces from cold boot every time, window pops up a couple of seconds after that.

Mail is 1-2 bounces from cold boot, every time.

That's all I can really think of right now, but please feel free to ask if you'd like anything else tested / have any questions!

In fact, it might be worth some unibody MB owners chiming in with their own results; again, feel free!
