Most of the contacts I add on my phone appear in my Exchange account. However, occasionally I find one that I recently added that is on my phone but not in Exchange.

Note that my phone is configured to sync contacts with Exchange OTA(over the air ). Phone is iPhone 4S running ios 6.3.1 and syncs with Hosted Microsoft Exchange(2010, I think).

Question #1 - Is there a way to force the iPhone to send one of these contacts to the Exchange server? I "shared" one with my Exchange account via email. After I imported the .vcf file sent from my phone, the contact appeared as a "unified contact" on my phone.

Question #2 - Is there a way to "merge" unified accounts? I enter a lot of notes about my contacts - where we met, what they like for their birthday, what foods they like for when we go out to eat, etc - and don't want to lose it.
