iPhone Some cydia apps install also remove other cydia apps, why ?

I was trying to install one cydia app and when we click INSTALL there comes

Modifications
Install XXXXX (name of cydia app)
Remove  XXXX (Name of another cydia app already installed on phone).

Why does this happen that some cydia app install, trigger removal of other unrelated (i think) cydia app which is already installed on my phone ?

Because of a conflict between the two. You have to decide which one you want more than the other.

To prevent your device from crashing, Cydia automatically checks the new tweak on any known incompatibility to tweaks already installed.
In case an incompotibility is detected, Cydia only lets you install the new tweak once the respective existing tweak is removed.
