Some fn commands are not working

Hello all, I have a M1 MacBook Air and some fn commands are not working:

fn+F4 for Search
fn+F5 for Mic
fn+F6 for Suspend

The rest of the fn commands are working fine.

If I press Command+F5 it enables VoiceOver configuration, so the keys are working.

I have the fn default behavior enabled in keyboard configuration and MacOS 11.5.1 version.
