Some font size problem in Windows 8.1

Hello.
I have some issues on my MBP Retina 13 Early 2013.
I Installed Windows 8.1 Pro using Bootcamp.
When I Install some app or Using some app, it print too small font size.
it print like this




I thought it was the resolution problem, so i tried to adjust resolution, but nothing's change..

Please help me.

It basically means that the app does not support HiDPI/retina scaling.

Some apps don't support HiDPI displays, and such apps have to be updated to support it; otherwise it'll run at really tiny sizes.

If the app hasn't been updated to support HiDPI scaling, update it. If no updates are available, use an alternative app.
