Some freeware app to make video play backwards

I know it may sound strange, but I am looking for some freeware application, in which I can make video play backwards... I know After-Effects and maybe Final Cut Pro can do it, but I don't have any of them. I would like to use some basic application, such as MPEG-Streamclip or something like that.

To understand me - I don't want just play it backwards - I want to make one video, which would be backward version of another video.

There is an effect in iMovie that can do this. Very easy. I cant open it right now but look in there. Its like reverse or something. Good Luck!

Yes, there is an effect in imovie which allows you to do this.
