Some help required for recording online???

I live in Greece, and I REALLY want to see the Fins/Jets game tonight, but the problem is, the game starts at 330am local time. My question is, is there any way that I can record a stream online? Would i be able to record it using the new Quicktime screen record feature, and if I can, would it also play the sound? If not, does anyone else have any other ideas?

Thanks Jessica. Ill check them out and see if something can work. I can always boot into Windows, so the programs arent a problem. If anything, I will search Google some more. Thanks again.
