Some iCloud contacts are not linked with facebook contact

Hi, I have set up facebook in my phone 4s. Some of my iCloud contacts are having certain facebook information such as the profile picture in the iCloud contacts entry. But certain contacts are not linked with their Facebook profiles. Any idea about how to get those linked just like the ones that are automatically linked?

i've also had some weird stuff happen, i save every number even wrong ones, which i save as zjunk, after ios6 now one of my zjunk numbers has a facebook profile and pic attached to it of some girl, i'm not friends with her or anything so how does ios6 know its her???
