Some iMessages going to watch only

Apple Watch Series 8 running watchOS 11.0. iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.0.

I’m not sure if this started after installing the new OSs, or direct transferring to the iPhone 16 Pro, but occasionally I am getting iMessages that only appear on my watch and never appear on my iPhone. Is anyone else seeing this?

Same thing here and it’s annoying. They do eventually show up on my phone but it takes a while.
