HomePod Some issues with HomePod

1. The audio delay. When I play the video, it takes a few sec before it play sounds on Youtube. I had no audio delays with other bluetooth speakers so it's hard to understand this issue. Also, there is a serious audio delay which isn't matching the video with a 3rd party app like Nvidia Geforce Now. It's totally useless. Maybe it's airplay's limitation?
2. When I call Siri, only one speaker works while I'm using two HomePod. I paired them. One might be fine but it's kinda uncomfortable when I use it in real life.
3. There is no way I can play my own musics as an alarm sound on HomePod! Instead, it telling me to get Apple Music to play medias for the alarm sound. This is ridiculous.

the (in)ability of not using our own music and being force to use Music is ridiculous.

Ive had a HPMini for about a week and each day I grow more disaapointed

• Siri integration/commands limited
• too much bass
• HomeKit hub doesn't activate automations
