Hello,

I'm a first timer so forgive if this has been dicussed already.
Can anyone tell me why some TV shows on iTunes which were previously available in HD, are now only available in SD?
Two examples are Legend of the Seeker and season 5 of Lost (the promo content was previously available in HD).
Also when I tried to purchased episode 11 of Fringe in HD and in SD, I recieved a message stating "THE ITEM YOU TRIED TO BUY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE".
I was able to buy episode 10 in HD with no problem.

Many Thanks.

They probably been temporarily removed for quality issues. This happens occasionally.

Hello,

Yes, I was just on the forums at apple.com and there is apparently no sound on the FRINGE episode.
But LOST and LEGEND OF THE SEEKER are downloadable, but only in SD. I hope that's a temporary issue.

cheers.

The first two episodes of lost are now downloading from the iTunes store and they are indeed HD. I wonder why the HD season pass was pulled from the store. I bought mine almost two months ago when it was first offered.
